Our catering guide is designed to provide the information you need when planning your special event or meeting.

Below are some guidelines to follow to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service. We look forward to serving you!

Catering Guidelines
All daily catering requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Full-service event requests should be finalized at least five (5) working days prior to the event. Our staff will do everything possible to service any last minute catering needs, however some menu selections may not be available, and delivery times may be slightly delayed. Any catering that requires more than drop off service may be subject to additional labor charges

Guarantee Number
Your guaranteed number of people attending should be submitted with your order at least two (2) working days prior to the event. All changes must be submitted no later than one (1) working day prior to the event to avoid an additional charge of $25.00.

Minimums/Administrative Charge
A $10 Administrative Charge will apply to catering invoices totaling less than $25, or placed the same day of an event.                               

Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to event to avoid being charged.                                                                                            

Prices
Prices listed are per person unless otherwise noted. Full-service events will be priced according to the events needs and menu selection. A late charge of $25.00 will apply to same day orders.

Payment
All catered functions must be secured by payment before they occur. Payment types include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Check, Purchase Orders, Departmental Accounts and Foundation Account Numbers. There will be an applicable 6% local sales tax added

Catering Hours
Regular catering hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All catering deliveries and events held before or after those hours are subject to additional charges of $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per employee.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.                                                         

Accessories
All deliveries will include disposable utensils, paper ware, and all necessary condiments. There is an additional charge for the use of china, linen, glassware, and stainless ware. For specific charges, please inquire when placing your order.
